Context-driven generation studio. Builds products (current focus: e-commerce storefronts) from a structured context spec.

WhiteRabbit applies the substrate-first primitive to product generation. Given a structured context describing the product — audience, brand, catalogue shape, voice — the studio assembles a working artefact end-to-end.

Current public demo: build a fashion online store from a context spec. The underlying pipeline spans several Factory-managed repos (wr-generator, wr-pipeline, wr-talk2intent); the front-end at whiterabbit.codecot.com is the single operator surface on top of them.
